Once we understand your credit file and your financial position we will handle the rest. just expect a MIP within the next 24 hours. 

Applying for a mortgage can be daunting, so make sure to have your credit file in order to make the process as smooth as possible.

Once a mortgage in principle has been made, we will then charge our fee's, a flat rate of £1,500.00.  Our fee's will be explained during initial consultation. 

Just bring with you, your credit file and proof of what you are earning. We will take care of the rest!
