MANagement Price List

Management 5%

Below is a list of what is included for our 5% management package.

5% Management


  • Property advertised on "On The Market". 
  • Full tenant profile and credit report.  
  • Arrange moving dates. 
  • Prepared lease – including any special conditions as well as witnessing the contract as it is signed.
  • Full inventory take and condition of the metre reads.
  • Comply with any maintenance issues – invoices will be given to landlord regarding works carried out.
  • 12 month contract*


10% Management.

Below is a list of what is included in our 5% management package.

  • Property advertised on "On The Market". 
  • Full tenant profile and credit report. 
  • Arrange legal requirements. 
  • Arrange moving dates. 
  • Prepared lease – including any special conditions as well as witnessing the contract as it is signed.
  • Full inventory take and condition of the metre reads.
  • Comply with any maintenance issues – invoices will be given to landlord regarding works carried out.
  • Collect one months rent plus a deposit of one months rent plus.

  

  • Set up Standing Order payments for rent – we will deduct our commission before the payment is made to you. 
  • Provide tenants with contact details for our office 
  • Inform utilities and council of change in occupancy 
  • Carry out property inspection reports every 6 months 
  • Comply with any maintenance issues – invoices with be given to landlord regarding works carried out 
  • Issue any notices- Provide information regarding eviction.
  • 12 month contract*
